We get a lot of parts requests so we have put in place a new parts ordering process from 2010 to filter out speculative or vague parts enquiries, and which, coupled with some improved systems at Hornby, should enable us to source Scalextric parts more efficiently. NB Use this form only to order spare parts for Hornby Scalextric cars, we can't supply parts for other manufacturers at present. We can only process parts orders via this form, not by email or phone as it makes the whole process much quicker and simpler. Please don't phone or email and ask us to find you "a set of wheels for a Mini" or "a Ferrari underpan" because we would just end up going on a time-consuming wild goose chase through all the service sheets for you. Please be as specific as you can be, for the best chance of getting the right part - help us to help you. Also note that if you require something from this list, it is currently unavailable to order. This order form is only for parts that have a W reference number. If you need a spare part that has a C number, such as guide blade C8329, C8420, C8145, or braids C8075, order these in the regular shop pages. If you have a much older (1990s or earlier) car, it's unlikely the parts you need will still be available from the factory but you can try Scalextric Car Restorations instead. This page is a separate back-ordering system from the main shop. Parts back-orders will be processed completely separately from orders for cars, track etc., so that regular parcels are not delayed going out to you while we wait for our small parts orders. BEFORE PROCEEDING FURTHER: Please note that we do have some "W" parts kept in stock, so please check this page first as you may be able to order them directly in the main store and skip this back order process. Otherwise, please fill out each row with the details of the part you need. We need all four elements (C no, Model, W no, and Part type) to be sure we are talking about the correct part. The W number on its own is no good because sometimes people get the digits transposed and a W9245 and a W9425 are completely different animals. If you do not know your car's "C" number, (that's the car number, not the reference of the set it came in) go to UKSlotCars to identify it from a thumbnail image. The car model (e.g. "Dodge Viper") is usually written underneath the car. To find the part "W" number go to our Service Sheets page and find the part diagram for your car, then find the W number in the table shown. If you can fill out at least four rows, your order will go directly on to Hornby's parts department within one working day. If you only need up to three parts, your order will be batched up with other customer orders as they come in. If you want several of the same part, repeat them in separate rows. (Most customers order a couple of the same part to cover for future breakages and doing this will also help you get to row 4). If you need to order more than 10 parts you will need to place a second parts order. There are some recent models that do not appear on service sheets. If you cannot find the W part you need on the service sheets, and the car is recent (post-2000) fill out the C number and model, and use the "other info" area to explain the problem. IMPORTANT NOTE: The presence of a part number on a service sheet does not mean that part is still available. The older the car the more likely it is to be a deleted part, so check this list of known-to-be-unavailable parts to save you some effort. Even then there is no guarantee that we will be able to get you any of the parts you fill in below. But if it's available we'll order it for you. Parts should arrive within 10-14 days. PRICE and PAYMENT: The prices shown are the prices you will be charged if the part is available. When you press the "submit" button you will be taken to a location where you can leave your credit/debit card details on a secure server against a £1 fee per order to cover admin. The parts prices will not appear in this initial bill. Your card is not charged in real time for the admin fee, cards are only charged when the parts are ready to be sent out. Card details are securely stored, and you will only be charged for the parts we can get plus the admin fee, and an email receipt for the total will be sent to you. If we can't get any of your parts you won't be charged anything and all card details are deleted from the system once the order is completed.
