Free track planning service (Jan-Oct only)
If you are placing an order with us for a track for an event, let us know what area you have to play with, and what your budget is, and we can design a layout to fit both. If you are using some of your own track, let us know what pieces you already have and we can tell you what extra pieces you need. If you need it in a hurry we can design the layout around track items and sets that we have in stock or can quickly obtain. Each layout will be presented in a plan showing the track pieces required. Email us for more information.

Scalextric Digital Take-Away (Jan-Oct only)

Our "take away" service means you get to keep the circuit after you have used it. Ideal for multi-day corporate events or any situations where you will want to use the track again and again. Also an idea for a child's birthday party you are organising, where he or she gets to keep the track after the event as their birthday present.

All you need to provide is the venue, electrical supply, and tables for the track to sit on. Price depends on track size and specification. You can also specify the type of car you would like; low-detail saloon, Sports GT or single-seater. Simply let us know the size of table you want to use and we will design a circuit to fit in that space, price it up, obtain all the track, cars and equipment, come along and install it before your first use and show someone how to operate it, and then leave you to run it as you see fit, whether for racing, time trials, competitions, etc.

We will show you how the track fits together, and give you some guidance on driving and car care too. We also provide you with some storage boxes to keep the track in after the event, as well as a copy of the track plan so you know which bit goes where next time you put it together. You can have a basic circuit without any timing or counting, just lapcounting, basic lapcounting and timing, or fully computerised timing and results like we use on our own circuit. Grandstands, figures, and pit buildings are also available as optional extras.

Special orders

If you are considering using Scalextric products in your promotion or corporate event, please get in touch in good time. Maybe you want a large quantity of cars or sets as gifts or prizes. Or perhaps you have decided to turf your car out of the garage and make a monster layout for yourself and the family.

We can usually arrange for large orders to be placed but generally at least a month or so's notice will be needed; and that assumes sufficient stock is available or scheduled to arrive from China before you require it. Some items we will be able to supply from stock and others we will back-order for you. But let us know what you need and we will make enquiries for you and see what can be arranged. If you have requested something that is no longer available, we will suggest some alternatives.

Visit us in Cheddar
We have a 12m, two and three lane permanent Scalextric Digital circuit which visitors to our house in Cheddar are welcome to try out. Whether you are looking into digital racing for the first time, or are an experienced digital racer, why not come and have a blast on our track.

If you want to combine a visit to us with a holiday to the West Country, then we can also arrange accommodation for you as a guest either here, or at a neighbouring bed and breakfast. Slots are limited however, and preference is given to those who have stayed with us previously, past customers of slotcarcentre.co.uk, and members of the NSCC.
