Scenic materials In the back of the Track Plans Booklet, some recommended Hornby Scenic materials are listed, you can buy these on this page. These are all of course mainly designed for model railway scenery at smaller scales such as HO and N, but these particular items are also suited to the larger 1/32 size of Scalextric. This photo shows some of the Martian Green Turf (R8900) on our track, behind the petrol pumps and pit lane game, and in the background is a RichG timing tower built in to the side of a Scalextric Control Tower (C8319).

Gravel This photo shows the Gravel Beige Mix (R8825) used to fill small areas between track and borders (to the right of the Aston Martin) where it would be hard to fit a proper track border.
